Welcome to dance Immersion’s 2025-2026 Season!

In this season of premieres, we continue our forward momentum with a focus on boundary-pushing work by:

Mélanie’s deeply philosophical, musical contemporary dance works; Vincent’s work steeped in ritual that beautifully captures the energy of current events; and Esie’s futuristic storytelling work grounded in spirituality… What a rare treat to be able to experience such a diversity of premieres of Canadian and International artists in one season!

Beyond the stage, we will bring you: The next installment of our Black & Rural storytelling retreat with Shayna Jones (B.C.); educational workshops and choreographic laboratories with Mélanie, Vincent, and Esie; Community Corner Conversations led by Zahra Badua, and our newsletter artist profiles by Jillian Greyson. And – following our successful collaboration with Luminato Festival in 2025 – we look forward to announcing more exciting plans in the not-too-distant future. Keep an eye on our website for updates!
